Digital Products
All UnitiveMind digital downloads, including workbooks, guides, and self-paced materials, are non-refundable once purchased or accessed. Because these are instantly delivered digital products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after the download link has been sent or accessed. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase, and contact us at [email protected] with any questions prior to ordering.
Coaching Sessions
All coaching sessions (Analytical Coaching, Executive Coaching, Leadership Coaching, and Transition Coaching) are non-refundable once a session has been confirmed or completed. Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or failure to attend a session, will be considered forfeited and non-refundable. In the rare case that UnitiveMind must reschedule a session, clients will be offered either a new appointment time or a full credit toward a future session.
Workshops and Programs
Registrations for UnitiveMind workshops or programs may be rescheduled or transferred to another date if notice is provided at least 72 hours in advance. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or late cancellations. If UnitiveMind cancels or reschedules a program, registrants will receive a full credit or refund.
