Unitive Mind™ is a depth psychology practice for leaders and senior executives. It serves those who have reached the limit of what surface tools — coaching, leadership development, executive education — can address, and who are now facing questions of a different order. Questions about authority, shadow, projection, and unconscious pattern, which can only be met by the kind of inner work that precedes outer leadership.
This is not therapy. It is not coaching. It is the work beneath both — undertaken in earnest, sustained over time, in the Jungian tradition.
I am the founder of Unitive Mind™ and the practitioner who carries out every consultation personally. The practice is small by design — six concurrent clients, no more — so that the work I do with each one can be undertaken with the attention it requires.
My foundation is Jungian. I have spent five years in analysis with James Hollis, PhD — author of eighteen books on depth psychology and former Director of the Jung Society of Washington — and have continued my studies in Jungian depth psychology through the Jung Society itself. These studies rest on my own personal practice: the daily work of examining unconscious patterns, integrating shadow material, and building authentic authority from psychological ground rather than compensatory structure.
What I bring to the consulting room is not theory. It is lived material translated into a form that can serve another person’s inner work.
Most leadership development addresses behaviour. It treats symptoms — communication breakdowns, decision paralysis, team dysfunction, the recurring pattern that another framework cannot resolve. Depth psychology addresses the structures generating those patterns: the ego, the shadow, the unconscious drivers, the architecture of how a person actually leads when no one is watching.
These are not problems to solve. They are psychological structures to recognise, integrate, and grow beyond — the slow work of becoming who one already is.
The leaders who arrive at Unitive Mind™ are usually accomplished by external measure. They have done the leadership development. They have worked with executive coaches. The skills they came to acquire have been acquired. But something has not yet been resolved — and they have begun to suspect that what is unresolved cannot be addressed by acquiring more skill.
If that is where you are, this work may be useful. If it is not where you are — and you are seeking strategy, performance optimisation, or technique — there are better resources elsewhere, and I would point you to them.

If neither feels right yet, write to me directly — [email protected].
A Closing Note
This work is not for everyone, and that is appropriate to determine early.
If you recognise yourself in any of this, the door is open.
