These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of UnitiveMind.com and your engagement with any services or programmes offered by Momentive® LLC, doing business as Unitive Mind™ (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or purchasing any programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, and Refund & Cancellations Policy, all of which form part of the agreement between you and the Company.
All content on UnitiveMind.com — including text, graphics, logos, programme materials, frameworks, module content, and digital products — is the property of Momentive® LLC, doing business as Unitive Mind™, and is protected by applicable copyright laws. The following are registered or unregistered trademarks of Momentive® LLC: Unitive Mind™, The Threshold™, The Inner Authority™.

Unitive Mind™ provides depth psychological consultation and educational programmes grounded in Jungian depth psychology, social neuroscience, and contemplative practice. The services offered constitute depth psychological consultation and are not therapy, psychotherapy, counselling, coaching, or medical treatment.
The services are not a substitute for professional mental healthcare. Where a client is experiencing acute mental health difficulties, we may recommend that they seek appropriate professional support before or instead of engaging with our programmes.
The Inner Authority™ is a private engagement programme available by application only. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of James Fox. Availability is strictly limited to a maximum of four concurrent clients at any time.
Programme structure: 16 consultation sessions conducted over six months, eight between-session depth psychology modules.
Programme investment: $15,000, payable in full prior to the commencement of the first session; or in four monthly instalments of $3,750 each, with the first instalment due prior to the first session.
Intake fee: An intake fee of $500 is required to submit an application. Where an application is accepted, this fee is applied in full to the programme investment of $15,000. Where an application is not accepted, the fee is refunded in full within 5 business days. The fee is non-refundable where an applicant withdraws following acceptance.
Commitment: Engagement requires a six-month minimum commitment. The session schedule is agreed between James Fox and the client at commencement. James Fox reserves the right to decline or discontinue an engagement where, in his professional judgement, it is not in the client’s best interests.
Confidentiality: All information shared in consultation is treated with full professional discretion. James Fox reviews all applications and conducts all sessions personally. No information is shared with third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
The Threshold™ is a self-directed digital programme. Access is granted upon receipt of full payment. All sales are final once access has been granted.
Programme content: 12 self-paced modules of depth psychological material, organised in two phases. The programme is fully self-directed; it does not include consultation sessions with James Fox.
Pricing: $297, payable in full at the time of access.
Intellectual property: Purchase of The Threshold™ grants a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the programme content for individual use only. The content may not be shared, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes.
Confidentiality: Any communication with Unitive Mind™ in relation to The Threshold™ is treated with full professional discretion. No information is shared with third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
Individual consultation sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the session without credit or rescheduling. A maximum of two reschedules per calendar month are permitted.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Momentive® LLC and James Fox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or engagement with our programmes. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK or EU consumer protection law where applicable.
