Purchases of downloadable materials, online courses, or other digital content are non-transferable.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be granted only in exceptional circumstances at UnitiveMind’s sole discretion.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. UnitiveMind does not store credit card details.
5. Booking and Cancellations
Discovery Calls or coaching sessions scheduled through Calendly or other platforms must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited or subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnitiveMind and Momentive LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this website, its content, or any associated services.
