Refund & Cancellations Policy

1. The Threshold™ — Digital Programme

All purchases of The Threshold™ are final and non-refundable once access to the programme has been granted. Where access has not yet been granted, a full refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to the programme, please contact [email protected] and we will resolve it promptly.

2. The Inner Authority™ — Intake Fee

An intake fee of $500 is required to submit an application for The Inner Authority™.

  • Application not accepted: the intake fee is refunded in full within 5 business days. No deductions are made.
  • Application accepted, client proceeds: the intake fee is applied in full to the programme investment of $15,000.
  • Application accepted, client withdraws before commencement: the intake fee is non-refundable.

3. The Inner Authority™ — Programme Investment

The programme investment of $15,000 is payable in full prior to the commencement of the first session, or in four monthly instalments of $3,750 each. The following refund schedule applies in the event of withdrawal:

  • Withdrawal before the first session: 90% refund ($13,500). The retained 10% covers programme preparation, onboarding, and administrative costs.
  • Withdrawal after sessions 1 to 3 (inclusive): 50% refund ($7,500).
  • Withdrawal after session 4 or later: no refund. The programme investment is non-refundable once the engagement is substantively underway.

Where James Fox determines, in his sole professional judgement, that continuation of the engagement is not appropriate or in the client’s best interests, sessions will be discontinued and a pro-rata refund of unused sessions will be issued within 10 business days.

All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of written confirmation.

4. Session Cancellations and Rescheduling

Individual sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the session without credit or rescheduling.
  • A maximum of two reschedules per calendar month are permitted.
  • James Fox reserves the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice. Where rescheduling is not possible within the programme timeframe, the session will be credited.

5. Force Majeure

Where either party is unable to fulfil their obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control (including but not limited to serious illness, bereavement, or natural disaster), sessions may be rescheduled by mutual agreement. In the event of James Fox’s extended incapacity, a pro-rata refund of unused sessions will be issued.

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without prejudice to your statutory rights under UK or EU consumer protection law where applicable.
